A Girl Who Lived Many Lives

I’m a small country girl from Hinesville, Georgia who went to college and somehow turned into someone who can wake up and decide what she wants to do with her life. That still feels a little unreal.

I’ve never been the “one path, one plan” kind of girl. I’ve always been curious. I wanted to try things, meet people, experience life, and figure myself out along the way. And honestly… I’ve lived a lot of different lives in a short amount of time.

I’ve been a nanny, an esthetician, a mental health tech, a medical assistant, and a Sephora girlie (forever a favorite). Each job gave me something different — patience, confidence, empathy, discipline, and the ability to talk to anyone about anything.

I’ve also worked in spaces that people love to judge from the outside.

And then there was Hooters — truly one of my favorite jobs ever. I got to go to work and just have fun. Taking pictures, celebrating birthdays, laughing, riding motorcycles, and bonding with people from all walks of life. My regulars were couples, grandparents, construction workers, families — everyone. I loved connecting with my tables and making people feel seen. It never felt like “just a job” to me.

Then I moved to Atlanta… whew 😅
Atlanta was fun, exciting, and full of energy. It was a beautiful chapter — and also one that taught me when it’s okay to press pause and try something new. even if it is impulsively.

Some people see my life and think I’ve changed paths a lot.
I see growth. I see experience. I see a girl who wasn’t afraid to try.

Now I’m in a season where I get to choose.
What I work on.
What I pour my energy into.
Who I’m becoming.

This blog — lexsitntalk — is just a little corner of the internet for my thoughts, reflections, lessons, favorite books, soft moments, and honest conversations. No pressure. No expectations. Just me.

Right now, I’m just a girl who woke up thinking about her past, her growth, and whether she should go to Barnes & Noble and a crystal store today.

If that sounds like you too, I’m really glad you’re here 🤍
Let’s sit and talk.

Your Turn

I’d love to hear from you:
What’s one chapter of your life that shaped who you are today?

Drop it in the comments — I can’t wait to read your stories 💖
